Lejlighederne på Borgmesterpladsen på Knud Hansens Vej

Når du kommer til Borgmesterpladsen, bliver du mødt af et boligbyggeri fra 60’erne, som er karakteriseret af de smukke røde mursten, de røde teglsten og smukke, grønne udearealer. Her har vi 150 lejligheder fordelt mellem 2-, 3- og 4-værelses lejligheder. Du fornemmer med det samme den afslappede stemning, hvor børn og unge leger sammen på legepladserne, mens ældre går ture og hygger med andre fra området.

Ved mange af lejlighederne får du en sydvendt altan, så du kan nyde solen hele dagen. Her kan du sidde i ro og mag og nyde omgivelserne. Fordi altanen er sydvendt, er det også et godt sted at dyrke både grøntsager og blomster.

Alle vores lejligheder er opført i den traditionelle 60’er stil med en god planløsning. Væggene er malet hvide og gulvet er af træ, så du har mulighed for at sætte dit eget præg på dit nye hjem.

Vores lejligheder i Kolding ligger i et skønt område

På Borgmesterpladsen får du fine lejeboliger i grønne omgivelser. Indretningen på lejlighederne gør dem perfekte til både dig, der vil dele, dig med familie og dig, der vil have plads til kontor og gæsteværelse. Alle vores lejligheder har opvaskemaskine og mikrobølgeovn – og flere af dem har også solrige altaner. Bygningerne er er fra midten af 60’erne, men vi har løbende sørget for at modernisere lejeboligerne, så de fremstår i rigtig god stand.

Kælderrum med plads til cykel, barnevogn og vasketøj

I kældrene under hver bygning er der plads til, at du kan låse din cykel og barnevogn inde. Her finder du også dit depotrum og et velfungerende, moderne vaskeri. Du betaler for vasken over huslejen, og du booker tid til vask online.

Så meget mere end en lejlighed

På Borgmesterpladsen får du meget mere end en lejlighed i Kolding. Lige uden for døren har du gratis parkering til dig og dine gæster. Hos os er alle velkomne: Studerende, familier, singler og seniorer.
