<p>JPS Ejendomme købte Borgmesterpladsen i 1998. De tre ungdomsvenner, Jan, Peter og Søren købte bygningerne med firmaet JPS Germa, som i dag er en af virksomhederne under brandet <a href="https://jpsejendomme.dk/">JPS Ejendomme</a>.</p>
<p>De tre ungdomsvenner startede allerede med at drive virksomhed i 1986, hvor de begyndte at importere HP-lommeregnere fra USA, som de solgte til studerende og andre kunder. Dengang var de specifikke lommeregnere et stykke avanceret og dyrt teknologi. I dag hører JPS Ejendomme under koncernen JPS Marselis, som beskæftige sig med alt fra vandplanter hos <a href="https://tropica.com/da"><strong>Tropica</strong></a>, til fodlister hos <strong><a href="https://hornbaek.com/">Hornbaek A/S</a></strong> og håndlavede døre hos <a href="https://vahle.dk/">Vahle</a>, men det mest nærliggende vil altid være udlejning af lejligheder. <a href="https://jpsejendomme.dk/"><strong></strong></a></p>

<p>Meget vand er løbet under broen siden 1998, men tilgangen til vores projekter er stadig den samme, som da vi købte Borgmesterpladsen. Det handler om troværdighed, respekt og ansvar, for det handler om mennesker. Vi vil altid være præget af vores jyske mentalitet, og derfor er vores beboeres trivsel vigtig for os. <p>I 2000 stiftede JPS Ejendomme <a href="https://dacas.dk/"><strong>Dansk Administrationscenter</strong></a> (DACAS i daglig tale), da der kom flere lejlighedskomplekser til virksomheden. I dag administrerer Dansk Administrationscenter både vores egne ejendomme og andre kunders investeringer.</p>
<p>Det er vores kollegaer hos DACAS, du møder i hverdagen, og det er dem, der hjælper, når du har brug for det. Vi deler kontor med hinanden og har derfor et helt naturligt, tæt samarbejde hver dag.</p>

Det er dem der står for driften, udlejningen og vedligeholdelsen af lejligheder. Dansk Administrationscenter er ikke ejer af lejlighederne, det er JPS Ejendomme. Koncernen <a href="https://jpsmarselis.dk/">JPS Marselis</a> ejer til gengæld både Dansk Administrationscenter og JPS Ejendomme. </span></p>
